In the villa all rooms are fully equipped in modern Sicilian style. There is a living room where you can read a book from our international library, surf the internet on wi-fi and cool down in our air conditioning.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, cleaning service and access to our shared 200 mq terrace with garden and solarium.

In the morning our guests can enjoy our delicious sweet breakfast made from typical Sicilian products, a perfect start to your day, we do not serve a continental one.

From the balcony of the rooms you can enjoy the beauty of the garden and terrace in the serenity of the Sicilian countryside.

After a long sunny day in the Scicli’s sandy beaches many of our guests choose to have a splash in our child suitable swimming pool with hydro massage and surrouned by our beautiful mediterranean and tropical garden.

In winter we are one of the few properties with real warm heaters. Check this when you book your holiday in winter.

The shared Guest Kitchen

The B&B U Marchisi offers the use of a shared guest kitchen where you can store goods in our fridges or cook your own meals with fresh and healthy sicilian products. There are dining areas inside or outside in the terrace under the shadow of the big tree, Carrubbo.

FREE cancellation until 14 days before your check in.

For any other cancellation, we will charge you only the first night cost, basically the booking deposit you have just paid.

Cancellation has to be made by mail/phone and is calculated from your check in date.
